No. DBU objects will be replaced without losing previous DBU settings (security settings, DBU apps, etc.).

 

Note: Be sure no one is currently using DBU when updating. Before installing - run the command: WRKOBJLCK OBJ(DBU10/DBUUSERS) OBJTYPE(*FILE).
